- Experience using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, TestCafe, Appium, REST Assured, Postman, SoapUI, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI/CD, Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
- Build and manage high-performing automation teams.
- Conduct performance reviews and career-development discussions.
- Drive automation maturity and quality-transformation initiatives.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Partner with delivery managers and stakeholders to align quality goals with business objectives.
- Promote continuous learning and innovation within the quality-assurance organization.
- Define and execute the organization's automation-testing strategy.
- Lead, mentor, and manage automation engineers across multiple projects.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks.
- Drive automation adoption across web, mobile, API, and enterprise applications.
- Establish automation standards, governance, and best practices.
- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business teams.
- Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Monitor automation coverage, execution trends, and quality metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and test optimization.
- Perform effort estimation, resource planning, and project tracking.
- Provide regular status reports and quality dashboards to leadership.
- Support release-readiness and quality-sign-off activities.
- Evaluate and recommend new automation tools and technologies.
- Track automation coverage, test-execution efficiency, defect-leakage reduction, release-quality metrics, regression-execution-time reduction, continuous integration and continuous delivery quality-gate compliance, and team productivity and utilization.
- Experience with AI-driven testing tools and automation platforms.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, ISTQB, or automation testing.
- Exposure to performance-testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or k6.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, banking, or healthcare domains.
- Experience with UFT.
- Experience with C#.
