- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing Polarion support and facilitating interactions between the customer IT department, Sterling Medical Devices, and Siemens.
- Work with clients to understand and prioritize requirements.
- Provide general administration support, including configuration, workflows, reports, templates, access, and permissions, to clients.
- Provide user training, develop and document best practices, and identify and implement process improvements.
- Update template and project configurations, workflows, and work item metadata.
- Coordinate security and software updates with internal IT and Siemens.
- Address backup, performance, and data archiving with internal IT and Siemens.
- Develop dashboards and Live Reports that support engineering and management needs.
- Work with internal engineering teams to define and implement processes supporting approvals and signoff, configuration and change management, requirements management, test management, and project management for information stored within Polarion.
- Partner with Polarion sales staff to provide technical demonstrations and act as a subject matter expert for prospects.
- Draft requirements and test cases to validate systems and complete reports.
- Previous job experience with application lifecycle management tools, with Polarion preferred.
- Familiarity with Java, Amazon Web Services cloud, Microsoft TFS, and Linux.
- Experience with waterfall project management methodologies.
- Good understanding of development and operational processes within a company.
- Extensive experience with product development methodologies and engineering lifecycle activities.
