- At least 5 years of dedicated frontend development experience with a primary focus on React.
- Advanced proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, ECMAScript 6 and later, and modern state management using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query, or Context API.
- Strong experience with modern CSS architectures, including Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or CSS Modules, and design system integration using Figma handoffs.
- Deep understanding of modern build tools such as Vite and Webpack and frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
- Deep understanding of Git, continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines, and frontend hosting environments such as Vercel, AWS S3/CloudFront, or Azure App Services.
- Advanced written and verbal English proficiency for collaboration with United States-based clients.
- Mandatory experience in nearshore or offshore client-facing startup cultures.
- Lead development of robust, responsive frontend architectures using React, ensuring high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser stability.
- Design and evolve clean integration layers for RESTful or GraphQL APIs and automate client-facing workflows.
- Architect scalable component libraries, integrate design systems, and design efficient state management solutions across application layers.
- Audit and optimize web performance, including Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and rendering performance, and write comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Elevate team output through deep code reviews, technical mentorship of mid-level and junior engineers, and clear communication with stakeholders.
