  • Update files in a timely manner.
  • Send medical records to an offsite storage facility.
  • Pull patients' previous charts for upcoming surgery dates.
  • Perform data entry.
  • File and organize medical records.
  • Purge medical records.
  • Answer phones.
  • Perform other business office functions as needed.
