ResponsibilitiesMedical File Clerk will be responsible for organizing paperwork, maintain missing signatures, and updating files in a timely manner. File clerk will be responsible for sending medical records to offsite storage facility. Pulling patients previous charts for upcoming surgery dates. Position is currently available from July through October, possibly longer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry.
- Filing and organizing Medical Records.
- Purge Medical Records.
- Answer phones.
- Other business office functions as needed
Qualifications- Must be 18 year of age with at least a High School Diploma
- Computer experience with Word or Excel
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Excellent Communication skills
- Must be self-directed and able to work independently.
