DBS arranged the transaction, with CapitaLand Investment acquiring the entire senior note tranche. The Singapore-listed private credit specialist will sell a pool of loans into a special purpose vehicle whilst retaining mezzanine and subordinated notes. This structure allows IFS Capital to recycle capital into new MSME lending and improve capital efficiency.
