Requirements
Experience in the restaurant, bar, or hotel industries is sought, though people eager to learn are also considered.
Ability to service multiple tables simultaneously.
Strong cocktail knowledge and serving experience are preferred.
Ability to interact effectively with many types of guests.
Must have or be willing to obtain a California Food Handler’s Certification and pass Responsible Beverage Service training.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Responsibilities
Take and deliver drink orders to seated parties.
Act as a subject matter expert to guests and help them make selections.
Identify situations that need to be escalated to the management team.
Maintain overall floor cleanliness.
Support the host team in seating guests as needed.
Assist with opening and closing.

The Merriest - Server (Christmas season, November-December)
The Merriest Bar, a Christmas wonderland pop-up returns at our Shotski's Alpine Lodge Bar in San Francisco. The magic comes to life as a kaleidoscope of twinkling lights, tinseled kitsch, glitter, Christmas movies and the holiday tunes…..some of which are still rockin’ around our heads!
Delicious seasonal hot and frosty cocktails are served in holiday vessels, garnished to the stars. Bring friends, call for the eggnog, sit on Santa's Throne and enjoy the fantastic Christmas spirit.
We are looking for persons who have experience in the restaurant, bar, or hotel industries or those looking to and are eager to learn. Typical hours are between 3:30 pm and 2:30 am.

21+ years of age or older
