Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or in a related role.
- Completed DSE/Form 5 or above, or equivalent HKQF Level 3 qualification.
- Formal training in a disciplined service such as the police or customs is required.
- Strong initiative, alertness, and discipline are required.
- Maintain hygiene, punctuality, and responsibility.
- Demonstrate good character, strict confidentiality, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to learn.
- Treat the employer, supervisors, colleagues, and guests politely and maintain a positive, friendly attitude.
- Have good communication skills and be fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with basic English.
- Have basic written Chinese and English skills.
- Work six days per week and accommodate flexible working hours.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Arrange daily schedules, maintain written records, and handle routine senior administrative duties.
- Accompany the employer on business trips, mainly to mainland China, and at social occasions; assess the safety of the surrounding environment.
- Handle crises and coordinate emergency medical and safety responses, providing solutions.
- Complete specific tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
Desired Qualifications
- Hold a valid security personnel permit.
- Have basic self-defense skills, physical fitness, or first-aid certification.
