Ideagen delivers innovative, best-in-class software solutions across regulated and high-compliance industries, including aviation, financial services, life sciences, healthcare and manufacturing. Its Nottingham headquarters plays a pivotal role in supporting global operations, collaboration and engagement with stakeholders from across the world. Under the extended agreement, Velway will continue to provide a full range of services including reactive works, planned maintenance, statutory compliance, risk assessments, asset lifecycle management, cleaning, keyholding and security. "Velway has helped us get that right since 2019, and as we continue to grow globally, it's great to continue on that journey with a partner we know we can trust." Robin Harris, Managing Director of Velway, commented: "Securing this three-year contract extension is something we are extremely proud of and reflects the strength of the relationship we have built with Ideagen over the past five years. From day one, our focus has been on delivering a compliant, high-performing and well-presented headquarters that supports Ideagen's people, culture and global ambitions. "Ideagen is a market leader in compliance and governance software, and it is a privilege to support an organisation that places such a strong emphasis on quality, responsibility and continuous improvement, and that is commited to fostering a more sustainable, inclusive and responsible future. We look forward to continuing our work together and supporting Ideagen throughout the next phase of its journey." Safety at Work FMJ and Watco Webinar: Meeting compliance in a new culture of accountability From January 2026, the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) formally separated from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Created under the Building Safety Act 2022 in response to the Grenfell Tower tragedy, the BSR is designed to raise safety standards across the built environment and introduce a stronger culture of accountability, transparency, and proactive risk management. This shift places facilities managers in a more strategic safety assurance role - far beyond routine maintenance. FMJ and Watco are hosting a webinar on 22 April at 11:00am to explore what this new regulatory landscape means for FMs. To register for the webinar click here. Can't make it no problem... "This honor reflects the trust more than 18,000 customers place in its platform to deliver the clarity and confidence they need to protect their people, operations and the world around them. "What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it comes directly from its customers - the safety managers, quality directors and compliance officers who rely on its software daily. "Their feedback drives our innovation and reinforces our commitment to being the most insightful and enabling platform for organizations managing critical risk, quality and safety challenges." This point was echoed by Godard Abel, co-founder and CEO at G2: "As buyers increasingly shift to AI-driven research to discover software solutions, being recommended in the 'answer moment' must be earned with credible proof. "Our Best Software Awards are grounded in trusted data from authentic customer reviews. They not only give buyers an objective, reliable guide to the products that help teams do their best work, but they're also the proof AI search platforms rely on when sourcing answers. Congratulations to this year's winners, including Ideagen. Earning a spot on these lists signals real customer impact."
