Assist with general building upkeep, porter duties, and package handling when needed.
Serve as backup support to the Chief Building Engineer when required.

We’re looking for a dependable and service-oriented Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day maintenance operations of a luxury condominium community. Reporting to the Chief Building Engineer, this role plays a key part in keeping common areas and residential units operating smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
