Requirements
  • 10+ years of renewals/account management/sales experience
  • 7 years+ of management experience with experience achieving revenue goals focused on Enterprise and Commercial customers.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue targets
  • Ability to engage and present to senior leadership
  • Experience coaching and developing teams
  • Expertise in negotiating a wide range of complex contracts and legal discussions with a focus on creating win/win commercial options for customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated ability to build internal partnerships and gain buy-in. Building synergy between renewals & sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce is huge plus, Salesloft is big bonus.
Responsibilities
  • managing the Commercial & Enterprise Renewals leaders and their respective renewals teams
  • educating our customers about the power of Salesloft
  • assessing customer health
  • finding opportunities to grow/expand customer footprint
  • forecasting revenue based on customer health data
  • creating effective processes
  • keeping up with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
