Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active bar admission in at least one United States jurisdiction.
- Three to six years of experience in real estate transactions.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Interest in applying technology to enhance traditional deal workflows.
- No prior artificial intelligence or technical experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI agents to generate, compare, and redline offering memoranda, purchase agreements, board materials, disclosure documents, and regulatory filings.
- Use AI tools to conduct rapid document reviews, identify key terms in documents, and generate client-facing memos of complex due diligence materials.
- Integrate AI agents into workflow management, signing and closing checklists, and coordination with counterparties.
- Partner with clients to demonstrate how AI-assisted workflows improve accuracy, transparency, and deal velocity.
- Work closely with technology teams to make the deal process more efficient using AI.
- Learn the firm's AI platforms and support deal teams using AI-enabled review and drafting.
- Independently manage discrete components of deals with AI support.
- Lead AI-augmented workstreams in live transactions, improving efficiency and accuracy in document management and closing processes.
