What believers are saying

  • Sep. 3, 2026: Winsupply bought Planes Moving's 48,000-square-foot Miami Township facility.
  • Mar. 23, 2026: Winsupply announced 1.6 million square feet of added capacity.
  • FY2026 sales reached $8.4 billion, and 2026 meetings drew 2,000 participants.

What critics are saying

  • Rapid acquisitions strain integration across Rural Pipe, Central Corp., and Planes Moving.
  • The 1.6 million-square-foot expansion increases fixed costs before demand proves out.
  • If entrepreneurs stop joining, Winsupply's 680-plus local-company model stops scaling.

What makes Winsupply unique

  • Winsupply's entrepreneur-owned local-company model creates unusually sticky operator incentives.
  • FY2026 sales hit $8.4 billion across 680-plus local companies.
  • Seventy years of acquisitions built national scale without centralizing every market decision.

Winsupply adds 1.6M square feet in Atlanta, Oklahoma City and Dayton expansion

Winsupply is expanding its national distribution network by adding 1.6 million square feet of capacity over the next two years across three key regions. The project includes a 1.17-million-square-foot facility in Atlanta, a 254,000-square-foot development in Oklahoma City and a 200,000-square-foot expansion in Dayton. The infrastructure investment aims to support more than 680 local companies that operate under Winsupply, distributing residential and commercial construction and industrial supplies across plumbing, HVAC, electrical and waterworks sectors. Company president Jeff Dice described the expansion as supporting Winsupply's entrepreneurship-focused business model. The improvements are designed to reduce supply chain friction and enable local partners to diversify inventory whilst maintaining competitive advantage in their markets. The company characterised the project as one of its most significant infrastructure investments.
