Requirements
  • Hold a two-year post-secondary diploma (Bac+2), specifically a BTS or DUT, in commerce or building/civil engineering.
  • Have at least 8 years of experience selling building products.
  • Master the operations of the building-materials distribution trade.
  • Have a technical orientation and the ability to adapt to diverse products and customer businesses.
  • Demonstrate rigor, listening skills, results orientation, curiosity, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
  • Follow the annual commercial roadmap.
  • Comply with and apply Aliaxis France's current commercial policy and strategy.
  • Participate actively in regular sales-management sessions based on sector key performance indicators initiated by the Regional Director.
  • Master the evolution of Aliaxis France's product portfolio, proactively develop new product ranges, and contribute to cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build and develop a relationship network with key targeted stakeholders across the decision chain, including individual-home builders, real-estate developers, architects, companies, and lobbying contacts, to promote and sell the benefits of Aliaxis France products or solutions.
  • Continuously maintain the customer database in the customer relationship management system, manage and track the opportunity pipeline and customer initiatives, and ensure reporting and data updates with the Prescription Back Office teams.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Assistance team to build and propose complete offers incorporating technical, economic, and installation aspects for different customers.
  • Analyze sales results and propose corrective actions to achieve objectives.
  • Conduct competitive and commercial monitoring in the assigned region.
