Requirements
  • Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Business Information Systems, Data Science or Business Analysis field or similar
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product management, marketing, and finance
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Google Workspace; Microsoft Office Suite knowledge a plus
Responsibilities
  • Become deeply familiar with product strategy, delivery and performance measurement characteristics - particularly how they translate into available data
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to define and measure key metrics (including KPIs and OKRs) that align with business objectives and product strategy
  • Create, maintain, and improve dashboards using Domo and other BI tools to report on historical data and track real-time product performance across the product portfolio
  • Be able to analyze data, identify areas of interest, surface these and report on them to key stakeholders
  • Support the team in preparation for and management of monthly and quarterly product portfolio review meetings
  • Learn how to effectively work under pressure and as part of a team
