Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the overall product strategy that reinforces the company's vision, business objectives, and evolving customer needs and industry trends.
  • Lead the product management team to develop and execute product roadmaps.
  • Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to “quarterback” specific projects and priorities across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate communication, collaboration, and prioritization across teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  • Clear understanding of the varied roles and functions that make up the product team.
  • Ensure alignment across team members within sprints and across strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure product success.
  • Prioritize product features and requirements for the product roadmap across the team based on customer feedback, business value, and market trends while managing stakeholder input and its impact on the team.
  • Identify and develop the benchmarks needed to measure success.
  • Inform the product strategy by gathering and analyzing customer feedback and usage data.
  • Unlock new solutions and business opportunities by considering and applying customer feedback.
  • Clear understanding of what the Company and clients truly need rather than what’s popular in the market.
  • Partner with sales and internal clients to develop solutions and features that create long-term value and help win new business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance and report to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage the product budget, including resource allocation and ROI analysis.
