Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor for designated client groups
  • Advise the business in areas such as change management, process efficiency, organizational design, developmental needs, and leadership effectiveness
  • Partner with various HR teams to assess and address organizational needs and attract, develop, and retain talent
  • Creatively leverage data to recommend and develop people strategies and support leaders in decision-making
  • Guide the business through HR processes and programs to drive team capability and engagement
  • Coach team members on performance management and feedback delivery
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and ensure compliance
