Requirements
  • Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service.
  • Must possess required certifications for alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) or be able to obtain them.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
  • Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and enter them into the point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests quickly and courteously
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including resetting tables
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, as well as responsible alcohol service policies
  • Process guest payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions
  • Assist with side work and closing duties as assigned

  • Previous experience as a server in a casual or upscale dining setting preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
