- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass the state-required background check through the FBI and the Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods on a concrete floor.
- Willingness to follow specific rules and procedures without deviation.
- Must be comfortable working in a freezer.
- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal-history background check.
- Must be proficient in basic computer skills.
- Must have a steady employment history.
Responsibilities
- Operate hydrocarbon, solventless, and post-processing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy involving product tracking, product security, and product delivery.
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community.
- Support the company's culture, values, purpose, goals, and key objectives.
- Perform duties safely while adhering to governmental regulations for the industry.
- Carry out procedures efficiently in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, company standard operating procedures, and applicable procedures.
- Prepare cannabis biomass for extraction.
- Monitor extraction parameters and production runs to ensure quality and consistency.
- Record batch information, production data, and inventory accurately using company tracking systems.
- Collect samples for quality assurance and compliance testing.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain extraction equipment, glassware, tools, and work areas.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and identify equipment issues.
- Follow safety protocols related to hazardous materials, compressed gases, solvents, and laboratory operations.
- Maintain compliance with state cannabis regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices principles, and company quality standards.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and inventory management as needed.
- May be required to work weekends on rare occasions.
