Responsibilities
  • Define and shape Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by exploring and defining target verticals to shape the customer base
  • Lead targeted prospecting by strategically identifying prospect lists tailored to the ICP to create a steady pipeline of qualified leads
  • Lead multi-channel engagement by engaging with prospects through a mix of phone, email, and LinkedIn to build relationships and pave the way for meaningful conversations
  • Value-driven selling by becoming an expert in understanding customers' pain points and how Channel Talk provides the ideal solution
  • Top-of-Funnel ownership by fueling the sales engine and driving new business opportunities that impact expansion growth
  • Build and lead the team by establishing and refining outbound sales processes as one of the first Business Development Representatives to shape future sales strategy
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience selling to e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands, particularly in fashion and beauty is a plus
  • Experience exceeding a sales quota
  • Experience in business-to-business software-as-a-service sales
  • Experience at a startup
  • Korean language ability (a great plus)

Walk Insights analyzes offline data to uncover shopper behavior, while Channel.io handles online data, messaging, and customer engagement. The tools connect data across platforms to support targeted marketing campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) for beauty, fashion, and distribution brands, primarily in Asia, under a subscription and services model. The goal is to help brands execute data-driven, personalized experiences across both online and offline channels, strengthening O2O commerce.
