  • 3+ years experience working on a marketing team in a hyper growth technology company
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
  • Data-driven marketer with spreadsheet navigation skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Develop paid marketing strategies supporting the broader campaign’s overall objectives
  • Forecast the projected impact of paid tactics
  • Execute high-impact performance marketing campaigns across channels including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), Display, and Video
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and continually test and refine campaigns
  • Work with internal teams to track and report on key metrics
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other optimization techniques
  • Analyze campaign performance regularly
  • Work closely with internal teams (Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Creative, Analytics)
  • Oversee campaign budgets
  • Stay on top of the latest performance marketing trends
