About the Job

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of technical or operational project management or implementation experience, ideally in health technology or inside a health system where electronic medical records and clinical workflows are central.
  • Hands-on experience managing or supporting electronic-medical-record-integrated deployments end-to-end; Epic is strongly preferred.
  • Experience on the cancer center or academic medical center side of a vendor go-live, ideally as part of a project management office or implementation team, or equivalent vendor-side implementation experience partnering with hospital project management offices.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder integrations and keep all participants on schedule.
  • Ability to translate between technical and clinical stakeholders, including forward deployed engineers, information technology, security, and clinical end users.
  • Based in New York City and willing to come to the office and travel to customers, or based in a regional customer hub and willing to travel to the customer base and periodically to New York City.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer onboarding and go-live from closed-won through launch and handoff to steady-state, serving as the single point of accountability and counterpart to each cancer center's project management office and internal project teams.
  • Build and manage integration project plans, milestones, and timelines, and drive accountability across both parties to keep deployments on track.
  • Maintain current status, risk, and blocker information for every deployment in the portfolio.
  • Coordinate internal teams, including forward deployed engineering, clinical, and product, and cancer center project management, clinical, research, information technology, and security teams to accelerate integrations and go-lives.
  • Partner with forward deployed engineers to scope, sequence, and prioritize technical and operational integration steps, including data feeds, interfaces, environment setup, validation, and cutover.
  • Anticipate and clear blockers across clinical, information technology, and security review cycles before they affect timelines.
  • Partner with clinical navigators to sequence end-user training for physicians, nurses, and clinical research coordinators into go-live plans.
  • Run status, risk, and milestone reviews with internal and cancer center project management teams for each deployment.
  • Surface risks early and drive decisions needed to hold launch dates.
  • Analyze deployment data to track progress, validate readiness, and confirm the system is working as intended at go-live.
  • Identify slipping deployments or scope creep, develop and execute corrective plans, and coordinate the appropriate internal teams as needed.
  • Propose and help build reporting, key performance indicators, and dashboards to improve visibility into deployment health.
  • Build repeatable playbooks, project plans, and templates to scale the delivery model across increasing numbers of enterprise customers.
  • Coordinate handoffs from go-live into steady-state with account management and commercial teams.

Desired Qualifications

  • Direct experience at Epic, or deploying inside an Epic environment at a large cancer center or academic medical center; Epic certification is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience standing up or supporting a clinical trial matching or clinical trials technology deployment.
  • Familiarity with oncology care and clinical research operations, including clinical trials, trial matching, and clinical research coordinators.
  • Experience delivering artificial intelligence or machine learning products into a clinical or research setting.
  • Experience at a rapidly scaling startup and managing multiple deployments and personas simultaneously.

About the Company

Triomics

EHR data parsing with oncology LLMs

Triomics applies generative AI to oncology by turning unstructured health records into structured, actionable insights. Its OncoLLM framework analyzes complex EHR content—doctor notes, PDFs, labs—to extract relevant signals, with Prism matching patients to clinical trials and Harmony curating data for quality reporting and cohort analysis. The platform plugs into existing EHR systems to speed up patient matching, trial enrollment, and precision oncology workflows. Its goal is to reduce manual data review in cancer care and research and to accelerate data-driven decisions across cancer centers and academic medical centers.
