  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in brand operations, project management, and creative production within a fast-paced consumer brand environment
  • Proven experience in successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring team members
  • Exceptional project management skills, including experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong analytical and budget management skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels of the organization
  • A deep understanding of the creative process, brand development, and marketing strategies
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the creative operations team, ensuring efficient processes for ideation, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns, brand assets, and design projects
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creative excellence, while also maintaining adherence to brand guidelines
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to project management teams across various marketing initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Implement best practices in project management, ensuring efficient workflows, resource allocation, and communication across teams
  • Management of External vendor relationships and freelancers
  • Lead and manage the production team responsible for translating creative concepts into tangible assets, overseeing the end-to-end production process, including photography and videography
  • Drive the implementation of efficient production workflows and processes to optimize resource utilization and asset quality
  • Develop, manage, and optimize budgets for brand operations, production, and project management activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic goals
  • Provide regular budget reports and insights to leadership, making recommendations for resource adjustments as needed
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand operations, production, and project management teams, and regularly monitor and report on performance against these metrics
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of operational efficiency and quality
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the apparel or fashion industry is a plus
