About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Joining our team as a Delivery Service Provider (DSP) Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Service Provider Management: Responsible for the management of DSP service providers, KPI assessment, and relationship maintenance incl. identification and onbaording of suitable partners
- Capacity communication and coordination: Establish a close communication mechanism to coordinate capacity resources to match business needs, and ensure smooth delivery operations.
- Exception Handling: Lead the handling of various exceptions in DSP partnerships, develop solutions, and close the loop to minimize business impact.
- Compliance Management: Ensure that partnerships meet European compliance requirements and regularly review service provider qualifications and operating standards.

1.Bachelor's degree or above; approximately five years of experience in last mile delivery partnership management, with a deep understanding of partnership models and operational logic;
2.Strong English speaking skills, which can be used as a working language; Local language skills required
3.Excellent cross-departmental communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with European DSP compliance requirements.
