- At least 5 years of experience in multi-family construction or a related field, and/or a bachelor's or master's degree in construction management or a related discipline.
- Fundamental knowledge of multi-family product types and trades.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, AutoCAD for plan viewing, and DocuSign.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation, early issue recognition and resolution, and strategic planning.
- Experience reviewing and interpreting construction documents and reading and writing technical specifications.
- Ability to work under pressure, remain organized, and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to walk 1–2 miles and climb stairs, ladders, and scaffolding during job-site inspections.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
- Ability to commute to the job site.
- Create subcontracts, payment applications, and project schedules.
- Manage project administration and document control.
- Maintain safety and quality.
- Participate in meetings between owners, subcontractors, and team members.
- Maintain professional relationships among industry partners.
- Oversee the Superintendent, Project Engineer, and Intern.
- Backfill the Superintendent and Project Engineer roles when they are absent.
- Manage multi-family construction projects from initial planning through the final stages of construction.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Inspect job sites.
