Responsibilities

Provide support and education to patients about their medications.
Manage staff pharmacists and technicians, when applicable, and address knowledge gaps through education and training.
Oversee pharmacy operations, including patient safety, professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.
Cover or provide overlap for the current pharmacy manager.
Manage the pharmacy's relationship with its health center client by engaging with clinic providers and clinical staff, providing drug-related education, participating as a member of the patient care team, and attending clinical meetings.
Advise patients on prescriptions and assist with chronic and specialty conditions.
Lead and direct pharmacy staff to achieve specific goals and foster a team culture that promotes care, enthusiasm, and pride.

Nuvem Rx Pharmacy Management Team is looking for a compassionate, patient centric pharmacist to manage pharmacy operations by covering or providing overlap for the current pharmacy manager. Our goal is to make you feel empowered in the role that you play when managing the pharmacy and personnel in conjunction with the pharmacy manager.This position is for a per-dem pharmacist for the pharmacy located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Cincinnati, OH. As a per-diem pharmacist for our pharmacies located within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC); you will receive the benefit of a retail pharmacy type setting with a Monday thru Friday potential schedule. As the per-dem pharmacist, you will be responsible in managing our pharmacy relationship with our health center client. This includes engaging with clinic providers and their clinical staff, providing drug related education, acting as a member of the patient care team, and attendance of clinical meetings.

As the per-dem pharmacist, you are responsible for demonstrating the highest standard of patient quality care - from advising on prescriptions to helping chronic and specialty conditions. In addition, you are responsible for facilitating a team culture that promotes caring, enthusiasm, and pride by leading, and directing your pharmacy staff to achieve specific goals.
