Firms are prioritising AI deployment in deal execution, research and investment processes to achieve measurable productivity gains. Tudose joins from Training The Street, where he served as Co-Head of Data Science. He previously worked as an analyst in M&A at BMO Capital Markets and as an investment analyst at Anson Funds. Wall Street Prep is expanding its AI offerings, including targeted programmes and structured assessments to benchmark AI adoption.
Wall Street Prep and Financial Edge have expanded their summer 2026 new-hire training programmes to include AI coaching and tool-specific instruction across investment banking, markets, private equity and investment management. The firms train analysts at nine of the top ten global investment banks. The curriculum follows a three-step approach: analysts build skills manually, apply AI to the same problem, then compare outputs to understand where AI adds value and where human judgement remains essential. Training is customised to clients' specific AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and AlphaSense. The programme addresses industry concerns that AI adoption without proper training could erode foundational analyst skills. Instruction includes hallucination detection, compliance considerations and governance protocols. The offerings are modular and designed to integrate into existing summer programmes.

These acquisitions expand WSP's content and international reach, serving financial institutions, universities, and professionals with integrated learning solutions. The move underscores Riverside's specialization in education and training investments, with over 120 companies in its portfolio.
The Riverside Company has invested in Wall Street Prep (WSP), acquiring it from Eden Capital. WSP, a leader in financial training, will continue its growth with Riverside's support. The leadership team remains, ensuring continuity. Riverside, with expertise in education and training, plans to expand WSP's capabilities and international presence. Financial terms were not disclosed. Harris Williams and Jones Day advised Riverside on the transaction.
