Requirements
  • 3+ years of previous insurance, claims management, risk management, insurance procurement or brokerage, or other applicable work experience.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, such as filing and maintaining policies, invoices, audit data, Google Drive, COIs, and contracts to ensure they are easily accessible and up to date.
  • The ability to prepare and present detailed reports to management and relevant stakeholders on the current risk profile, mitigation efforts, and recommendations for addressing any gaps in the risk management framework.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess risk and make data-driven decisions.

  • Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various facets of operations.
  • Shaping the risk management strategy, fostering a culture of risk awareness, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborating with strategic partners across all business areas to influence and effectively explain complex risk concepts and strategies to non-insurance specialists.
  • Improving risk management strategies and practices, preparing and presenting detailed reports to management and relevant stakeholders, and assessing risk to make data-driven decisions.
