Ensure timely delivery of contract and project deliverables that meet quality standards and client requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing scope based on the Performance Work Statement, Statement of Work, and Work Breakdown Structure, and communicate them to team members.
Build, communicate, and execute the project schedule.
Monitor and communicate team-member project allocations and staffing.
Identify and coordinate team-member needs, including client laptops, systems access, and Common Access Cards, to support successful project execution.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks and challenges internally and with stakeholders.
Identify, communicate, and develop opportunities consistent with the project.
Lead the project team's sprint planning, backlog management, and assignment tracking.
Monitor engineering performance and coordinate with engineering managers and technical leads for respective projects.
Communicate effectively with the Program Manager, engineering leads, and other internal stakeholders.
