Transport pharmaceuticals, medical instruments, supplies, mail, documents, and medical specimens at room temperature, refrigerated, or frozen conditions.

Complete services within agreed-upon pick-up and delivery windows.
Communicate delays, incidents, or service issues through the designated communication channel.
Perform services professionally and courteously in accordance with healthcare client expectations.

Report and pay applicable taxes and business expenses, including fuel and vehicle maintenance.
