Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of previous related work experience is required if formal technical training has not been completed.
  • Knowledge and clear understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems are required.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook are required.
  • Ability to write professional business communication in emails, letters, notes, and service documentation is required.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required.
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds, bend, twist, and climb is required.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, with no more than two minor violations in the past three years and no major violations in the past five years.
Responsibilities
  • Perform basic maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on customer-owned construction and aerial work platform equipment.
  • Establish and maintain service-oriented working relationships with customers.
  • Pick up and deliver equipment when necessary.
  • Answer customer calls and questions.
  • Provide customer service to all customers.
  • Complete service reports and all other paperwork before and after repairs are made.
  • Perform other related duties as requested or assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Successful completion of a formal technical training program is preferred.
  • Knowledge of DBS is preferred.
