- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR technology, software as a service, or Immigration and Mobility, with a proven track record of closing deals in the Enterprise segment.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage a pipeline, and close deals in a high-volume sales environment.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence and build trust with decision-makers in Enterprise businesses.
- Comfort using customer relationship management tools, with Salesforce preferred, and virtual communication platforms such as Teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel up to 20–30% to engage with clients, prospects, and regional events in person.
- Identify and prospect Enterprise customers using outbound sales strategies, referrals, and inbound leads.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead qualification, product demonstrations, negotiations, and contract execution for Enterprise businesses.
- Drive strategic growth by expanding brand awareness and building strong relationships with key decision-makers at Enterprise businesses.
- Understand customer needs and pain points, positioning Envoy Global's immigration solutions as essential to their people strategy.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals, contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Work closely with marketing, customer success, operations, and product teams to enhance the customer experience and optimize sales strategies for Enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management in customer relationship management tools, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements impacting Immigration and Mobility.
- Experience in Corporate Immigration and Mobility or HR technology services.
