Responsibilities
  • Lead at a second line level a significant AMER Sales Organization of first line sales leaders spanning west coast to east coast including LATAM & Canada.
  • Implement a hands-on sales leadership approach to reach new logo targets and build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Conduct and implement comprehensive industry research and analysis and fine-tune our go-to-market strategy for the region.
  • Recruit and develop a top tier, diverse, efficient sales organization from leadership to individual contributor.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Collaborate with the local leadership team and the cross functional teams to optimize business impact in AMER.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting across the region and embed strong and rigorous forecasting methodologies throughout your organization.
  • Manage overall sales process and at times evolve, transform or progress that methodology to fit trends or changes to segment or geo.
  • Lean in heavy to pipeline management methodologies and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management.
