Requirements
  • 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in a tech or high-growth environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with HR software (Rippling) is a plus
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding steps associated with transitioning candidates to new hires, including welcome emails, IT logistics, onboarding instructions, I-9s, etc. while partnering with key stakeholders
  • Be the front-line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions
  • Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and questions
  • Assist in payroll preparation by ensuring employee changes and updates are reflected correctly
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance management, learning & development, and internal communications
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
