Responsibilities
  • Set up and integrate Securly’s products, tailoring them to meet the unique needs of each school and making a direct impact on student safety.
  • Work with school IT departments to gather requirements, design plans, and execute deployments that align with their educational goals.
  • Assist sales teams with technical expertise during customer meetings, webinars, and product demos.
  • Assist in developing software network architecture for new installations and upgrades.
  • Offer technical support during and after implementation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Train educators and IT staff on how to effectively use Securly’s products.
  • Create and manage up-to-date internal and external product and training documentation.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help improve our products and services.
