Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in social work or social service is required.
  • Must be a member in good standing of the Quebec Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists (OTSTCFQ).
  • Recent and relevant experience in child protection services is required.
  • Recent and relevant experience with youth and community-based services is required.
  • Must be available to work full time for the entire assignment.
  • Must be bilingual.
Responsibilities
  • Assess the psychosocial situation of clients and their families.
  • Intervene with clients experiencing difficulties, including mental health challenges, addiction, youth-related needs, and older-adult needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout their care journeys.
