Responsibilities

  • Build and develop the product team, including hiring, coaching, and holding product managers to a high standard across three distinct domains.
  • Own the feedback loops between security telemetry, underwriting, claims development, pricing, and realized loss outcomes.
  • Own the product surface that enables security adoption, including in-product activation, onboarding, value demonstration, and product-led growth that converts Control users into paid Wirespeed customers.
  • Partner with Data and Engineering to advance model-driven workflows, automated decisioning, and machine-learning-assisted tooling while managing operational and regulatory considerations.
  • Drive major platform evolution and systems migrations across the portfolio with engineering counterparts.
  • Define portfolio-wide success metrics and use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize and make trade-offs.
  • Represent underwriting, claims, and security to executive leadership, brokers, and cross-functional partners, translating technical work into business outcomes.
  • Use AI consistently in team workflows and champion an AI-enabled approach to underwriting, claims, and security products.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with insurance or other regulated financial products, including underwriting, pricing, claims, policy administration, and compliance-heavy workflows.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity products, managed detection and response, endpoint detection and response, security operations, or incident response.
  • Experience shipping products built on predictive models, risk scores, or automated decisioning while managing operational and regulatory constraints.
