About the job
- A minimum of 1 year of recent Licensed Practical Nurse experience.
- An active Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Current Basic Life Support certification; Pediatric Basic Life Support is preferred.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A physical exam completed within the past year.
- A PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past year, or a chest X-ray within five years if previously positive.
- Provide one-on-one, high-acuity pediatric care in patients' homes.
- Work flexible day and night shifts based on availability.
- Pediatric home health experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is highly desirable.
- Pediatric Basic Life Support certification is preferred.
