As a (Lead) Value Consultant, you will be a critical link between our clients’ needs and our software capabilities. You’ll work closely with the Exec Search GTM team to understand client requirements, demonstrate how our solutions can meet their specific challenges, and guide them through the onboarding process. Your expertise in both executive recruitment and technology will be invaluable in translating complex technical features into tangible business benefits for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions that address complex business challenges in executive recruiting.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting how our software solves specific client problems.
- Develop and present comprehensive onboarding and implementation strategies to ensure smooth client adoption.
- Provide expert technical support and act as an escalation point for customer-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, customer success, product development, and engineering teams.
- Influence product strategy by effectively communicating customer feedback and market trends.
- Create detailed technical documentation and proposals.
- Conduct architectural and technical workshops to train clients on maximizing the value of our solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape in executive search and recruiting technologies.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated understanding of executive search processes, methodologies, and industry best practices.
- Strong background in data analysis, statistics, or programming is highly desirable.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building strong customer relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
- Experience with CRM systems, data visualization tools, and/or analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies is a plus.
- 5-8 years of related experience, with a minimum of 3 years in software pre- & post- sales.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience working in executive recruitment, either at an executive search firm or in an internal corporate executive recruiting function.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related disciplines.
