A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required.
A New Jersey and/or New York Professional Engineer license is required, or the ability to obtain one within six months.
At least five years of experience in project engineering design is required.
Proficiency with computer-aided design and design software, including AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, and InRoads/OpenRoads, is required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required.
Experience with American Society of Civil Engineers standards governing subsurface utility engineering is required.
Experience with construction techniques and constructability of utilities and associated civil aspects in design-build projects is required.
Ability to travel to job sites is required.

As a Senior Utility Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, design, and preparation of contract documents for the construction of stormwater and utility infrastructure. Responsibilities:
Manage utility aspects of projects, oversee design and production of plans and specifications, and ensure that the work is produced on schedule profitably.
Collaborate with project teams to analyze utility relocation conflicts on infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:

MS Office proficiency.
Experienced with ASCE standard governance of subsurface utility engineering.
