Plan, implement, and monitor logistics for Muckleshoot Tribal School athletics and activities, including travel arrangements.
Oversee grant spending and compliance for Muckleshoot Tribal School.
Assist in preparing expenditure summaries and reports.
Recommend updates to financial procedures and tools.
Track vendor agreements and maintain supporting documentation.
Develop specifications for supplies and equipment orders.
Provide support to administrative teams on operational needs.
Maintain compliance with internal control procedures.
Support vendor communications and contract documentation.
Maintain accurate school inventory documentation.
Help implement improvements to procurement systems.
Advise staff on routine purchasing procedures.
Participate in school meetings regarding resource needs.
Ensure secure and organized file maintenance.
Follow all MIT policies and procedures set forth in the Governmental Personnel Policies and Procedures.

JOB SUMMARY
The Muckleshoot Tribal School Business Manager supports operational and financial functions for the Tribal School. This role works under the supervision of the Tribal Education Business Operations Officer. The Business Manager monitors expenditures, manages procurement processes, and assists with school-level inventory tracking. The position helps prepare reports, communicates financial procedures, and coordinates vendor-related activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth internal processes. The Business Manager may assist with supervising staff and liaising with department managers on school operations.
