Requirements
  • 2+ years of retail media hands-on experience with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Experience in retail media campaign management
  • Retail search experience required; DSP experience is a bonus
  • Experience with bid management platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Ad Center, KPM Prism/PromoteIQ, Pacvue, Skai, etc.
  • Ability to quickly understand new concepts and products

Responsibilities
  • Support implementation of Shelf Intelligent Media
  • Support implementation of existing/new features with clients
  • Analysis of Shelf Intelligent Media customer performance
  • Project management using trackers and software like Trello
  • Work with Associate Directors to provide insights and influence product roadmap
  • Cultivate expertise about industry, customers, offerings, and competitive landscape
  • Assist with client-facing presentations and case study development
