  • Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, sit, reach, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and push/pull/lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • This role requires the ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, auditory focus, and visual attention.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily shift reports and maintain an activity log.
  • Write detailed incident reports and document security breaches or unusual activities.
  • Assist with scheduling and shift briefings.
  • Conduct property patrols, including Adobe, Inn, Scotts, Casa Blanca, Farm Gates, Farm Sheds, RV Park, employee and guest parking, Round Barn, Yurts, and other areas as required.
  • Patrol OSR departmental areas such as landscaping, accounting, maintenance, administration, etc. as required.
  • Monitor security cameras and incoming/outgoing vehicle traffic.
  • Patrol bridge entrances and secure gates and doors.
  • Respond promptly to security calls, including noise complaints, unruly guests/employees, and medical/fire/EMS situations.
  • Maintain fire readiness and monitor for fire hazards.
  • Provide security escorts for accounting personnel and employees.
  • Assist guests and employees with lockouts, flat tires, and jump-starts.
  • Assist guests with blankets, pillows, firewood, lost items on trails, directions, campground assistance, and general inquiries.
  • Ensure guests checking out leave on time.
  • Walk employees to the parking lot when needed.
  • Conduct lighting inspections and report safety hazards.
  • Secure and patrol the spa and pools after closing, including locking spa gates and covering pools.
  • Assist with snow removal (shoveling walkways, applying salt).
  • Charge golf carts and turn on yurt heaters and spa pumps as required.
  • Train new hires on security protocols.
  • Handle package deliveries and unload project deliveries.
  • Monitor phone and radio communications.
  • Assist departments with camera searches and front desk closing.
  • Perform general tasks such as making breakroom coffee and collecting mail when the administrator is out.
