Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a Psychology or equivalent Bachelor's or Master’s degree program
  • Basic experience of simple office / operational systems (4 to 6 months)
Responsibilities
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
  • Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices, such as standard office software.
  • Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.
  • Support the identification of learning needs by analyzing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels.
  • Deliver training sessions or short courses, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
  • Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
  • Design a technical training or instruction session and develop and maintain relevant high-quality training resources to ensure the achievement of specified learning outcomes.
  • Contribute to the creation of development centers; tailor preexisting exercises and feedback and development planning processes and tools; draft new content as directed; draft documentation.
  • Support in delivering analyses of HR data and identifying trends to contribute to the creation of HR insights that enable the diagnosis of business issues, enhancement of employee engagement, and/or improvement of business performance.
  • Work within established procedures to achieve specified goals.
