  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in project management
  • Previous experience working on construction projects or related services
  • Excellent resource, planning, and time management skills
  • Proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel

Responsibilities
  • provide critical support to the Project Management team by initiating and monitoring all project activities including schedules, spending, material acquisition and delivery, and ensuring timely and quality completion of assigned construction projects
  • prepare external and internal reports relating to job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables
  • communicate with all stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed our customer’s requirements
  • create purchase orders for vendors and deliver invoices to customers during segmented portions of a project and at completion
