  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or other related field
  • 8-10+ years in related field and/or similar leadership experience within a business function – background in consumer products, retail, .com or commercialization a plus
  • Strong project/program management experience
  • Ability to travel approximately 6 times per year, domestically and internationally
  • Proficient at being succinct
  • Strongly developed communication skills
  • Experience with ownership and execution of ideas
  • Proven ability to learn quickly
  • Commercial acumen
Responsibilities
  • Align with the GM, SVP, Retail Sales on key priorities
  • Work cross functionally with other stakeholders to align on priorities
  • Collaborate with global Commercialization executive leadership team
  • Drive global alignment and consistency in approach across all strategic initiatives
  • Plan, coordinate, and keep contents of key Sales owned meetings focused and effective
  • Assist GM, SVP, Retail Sales to drive Leadership principles and Success Drivers
  • Take key actions from meetings and ensure follow-up
  • Successfully execute deliverables with a hands-on approach
  • Provide updates on progression of projects to Executive leaders
  • Oversee strategic initiatives from ideation to implementation
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made
  • Understand key systems and platforms across the business
  • Identify gaps/issues and make recommendations on improvements
