Who You Are 

Spot & Tango is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our Allentown team. In this role, you will report directly to the Human Resources Manager. This role involves assisting with employee relations, maintaining HR records, training, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and office management. 

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up to date employee personnel files
• Track employee attendance and absences via TeamSense and ADP
• Assist with preparing employee status changes such as promotions, transfers etc.
• Work with leadership to coordinate and schedule training programs for employees 
• Track training completion and maintain records
• Assist with the hourly recruiting process, including candidate screening and scheduling interviews
• Ensure all new hires have completed all necessary pre-employment processes (background checks, drug screenings, etc.)
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process for new hires 
• Assist the Human Resources Manager with orientation, introducing employees to the company, and our policies 
• Assist with the performance review process, ensuring all reviews are completed on time and feedback is communicated to employees
• Assist in tracking HR metrics 
• Manage general office operations, including ordering supplies, vending machine ordering and stocking 
• Oversee office calendar and coordinate internal and external meetings 
• Plan employee engagement activities (on/off-site) 
• Coordinate employee lunches and employee parties 

Qualifications: 

• BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in an administrative or coordinator role 
• Strong knowledge of HR software systems (ADP, Greenhouse, TeamSense) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Dog lovers a plus!

This is an in-person position. You must be able to commute to our Allentown, PA manufacturing facility Monday through Friday.
