  • BA / BS in Marketing, Communications, English or related fields
  • 1-2 years’ experience in social media and marketing
  • Familiar with social media trends, language and can pick up brand voice easily
Responsibilities
  • Daily management of public customer communications, engaging with our followers on FIGS’ owned posts and contributing to the conversation by commenting on popular posts in the medical community.
  • Maintain the FIGS voice in all public communication with customers.
  • Liaise with store and customer service team to manage customer queries
  • Assist the team as needed in the creation of content for FIGS social media channels.
  • Work closely with Social Media and Community teams to plan, organize and collect UGC from content creators.
  • Management of UGC and FIGS’ tagged photos
  • Collecting, organizing and labeling UGC photos from social media
  • Keeping track of trends in what our customers are talking about
