Requirements
  • A Master’s Degree with a focus in project management.
  • Five years of experience in project management, preferably in health care.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Teams, and project management software.
Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical, clinical, and educational programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and health care compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with informatics, education, operations, clinical, and technology teams to define program goals, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, resources, and budgets, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders to support transparency and effective decision-making.
  • Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators, and report regularly to executive leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance the quality of health care technology solutions.
  • Ensure all programs adhere to relevant health care regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and maintain high standards of data privacy and security.
  • Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
