- For the technical profile, a degree or master's in Aeronautical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is required.
- For the technical profile, 1–3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, industrial logistics, or production management is required.
- For the administrative/logistics profile, a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is required.
- For the administrative/logistics profile, 1–2 years of experience in logistics management, procurement, or industrial administration is required.
- Alternatively, recent graduates may qualify with internships or specific training in the aerospace/defense sector.
- Ability to collaborate with external companies in an international environment involving different departments and companies.
- Control and manage materials for base maintenance events, including processing new requests, reviewing planning and material requirements, monitoring stock, and tracking delivery dates.
- Verify findings by reviewing manuals in Airnav to confirm which materials or ground support equipment to request.
- Coordinate equipment management with the ground support equipment manager.
- Coordinate between MSSR and the warehouse to ensure materials are delivered on time for each event.
- Coordinate with the aircraft manager and foreman to define material needs in weekly planning.
- Support the foreman and aircraft manager; in a small team, tasks may be delegated during their absence.
- Manage personnel requirements for personal protective equipment and track those requirements.
