  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of demonstrated ability managing Salesforce platforms, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of the architecture, development, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to meet business needs.
  • Establish and implement standard methodologies for Salesforce configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Lead multi-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions and improvements within the Salesforce ecosystem with focus on security, compliance, platform health and application support.
  • Ensure the platform aligns with organizational goals and delivers maximum value to customers.
  • Establish collaborative relationships with internal platform customers and external vendors responsible for supporting the GTM platform (Salesforce, Conga) and its ecosystem.
  • Responsible for leading GTM platform support and critical issues during the PST Hrs.
  • Develop and implement security policies and protocols to protect critical data within the Salesforce platform.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and organizational policies.
  • Perform regular security assessments, audits, and vulnerability analyses.
  • Collaborate with legal, IT, and compliance teams to address regulatory and contractual requirements.
  • Partner with senior leadership to align Salesforce GTM platform strategy with business goals.
  • Able to engage and communicate at different level of the organization - Including C-suite, SVPs & VPs.
  • Collaborate within and outside of GTM organization specially Security, compliance (internal Controls, Internal Audit) and business operations team to identify security and compliance aspects of the GTM application and processes.
  • Serve as an authority, advising customers on Salesforce capabilities, security, compliance requirements and limitations.
Desired Qualifications
  • In-depth Expertise and Technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Conga CPQ, and integrations.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Platform App Builder, or Administrator are nice to have.
  • Solid background in Salesforce architecture, development, and administration.
  • Demonstrable experience in Salesforce security, compliance, and regulatory frameworks specially ITGC, SOX and FedRAMP.
  • Basic understanding of connected applications such as Snaplogic, Workday, Marketo, LeanData, Clari etc.
  • Solid grasp of the Salesforce Architecture and its different technical components such LWC, Apex, Application and Data Security Model, Lightening Aura Framework etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance standards (e.g., PII, ITGC, SOX, FEDRAMP).
  • Solid project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Superb communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence multi-functional teams.
  • Strategic problem solver to lead both technical details and high-level business objectives.
